Welcome from our new principal, Mrs. Kathy Henschke
Welcome to North Park School District School!

Our faculty and staff hope that the 2014-15 school year will be both educationally challenging and enjoyable. We are pleased that you have taken the time to visit our website and continue to visit this website during the school year to see updates and events of the school process and activities.

North Park School is a wonderful place for students to learn and grow, be involved, and to have a meaningful school experience. At North Park School, our work centers around the idea of inspiring a love of learning. Our staff is committed to continuous growth and high expectations for ourselves and for our students. We provide an environment that is open and promotes working together, foster a sense of belonging, that is both positive and safe, and where each and every student is achieving.

We are a Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS) school and as a school we believe all students will follow the North Park motto, (ROAR): to show respect, on task, attitude, and to show responsibility. Our school rules are implemented for the physical safety and well-being of our students and also to ensure a smoothly operating school with optimum learning climate.

The faculty and staff at North Park are wonderful and dedicated professionals who are excited and eager to work with your children this school year. They believe in building relationships with you and your children. Our schedule allows a time where enrichment and intervention learning activities can take place. We welcome your involvement in the school where there are many activities for you to participate in, and we always encourage you to visit our classrooms. Together we can achieve great things.

As your child's principal, I look forward to working with you and making this a most productive and enjoyable school year. I welcome you to North Park School and please feel free to call and stop by my office. Thanks for sharing your children with us.

Respectfully,

Kathy Henschke, Principal
